This fishing pier is located on the south end of Long Lake a few hundred yards from a discharge structure that look as though it maintains the lakes water level. As with many piers this pier is located adjacent to a boat landing and small park like area with a picnic table. Many types of fish can be caught in these waters including Walleye, Northern Pike, Bluegill, Crappie, and Largemouth Bass. The lake is eight miles long and at its deepest is 136 feet.
Description
While the fishing pier is usable for people with disabilities the approach to the pier is almost completely made up of sugar sand and on the day the site was visited was very loose. Most people using wheelchairs would find getting across the site very difficult. At one time it looked as though there was a concrete sidewalk leading to the transition plate of the dock, it was partially buried and in disrepair. The site offers no accessible parking area or defined parking what-so-ever. Immediately in front of the pier was a partially dried mud puddle offering another level of inaccessibility. If a person using a wheelchair decides to try to make their way to the pier it is suggested you have someone with you in case you sink and get stuck. No amenities other than a picnic table was seen at this location.

Just off the village of Hubbard to the west on Hwy 87. The pier can be seen from the hwy on the far bank of the lake from the village.
